Hot Artichoke Dip
1 (14 oz.) can
artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Dash of garlic salt
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 1-1/2 quart casserole
or quiche dish, combine all ingredients. Bake
uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly
browned and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
Serves 8-10.
