Pumpkin Cheese Ball
1 package cream cheese
-- (8 oz.) softened
1 can crushed pineapple (8-oz) -- well drained
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 jar dried beef -- (2.5-oz.) minced
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into a
ball and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with crackers and/or cut vegetables.
The Skinny: Use light cream cheese and low fat
cheddar cheese.
