3 pounds chuck roast, cut in cubes
1-1/2 cups onion, chopped
6oz. tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low heat for 8
hours.
