1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
4 medium potatoes, cubed
4 medium carrots, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
parsley to taste
1 1/2 large cans beef broth
1 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes (may use, 1 cup tomato sauce)
salt and pepper to taste
Brown steak and add the next 5 ingredients. Cover with water
and add beef broth and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer covered, till tender.
Warms you up on a cold winter night!
