2 cups chopped green onions
8 ounces mushrooms, cleaned
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/4 cup warm water
1 (1-ounce) cube beef bouillon, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup milk
In a food processor, process green onions until finely
chopped. Add mushrooms; pulse until finely chopped. Place in a
microwave-safe bowl, cover and cook on high 6 minutes or until
soft. Stir in gelatin, bouillon, salt and pepper. Let stand 5
minutes; stir in milk. Pour into a mold lined with plastic
wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 16 servings.
