16 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
8 large flour tortillas
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour
cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon and spinach; spread equally
on each tortilla. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill, then slice. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
