Salsa Recipe
3 quarts tomatoes peeled and chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped (or 3 tsp.)
2 large onions chopped
2 bell peppers chopped
4 seeded jalapenos (makes it very hot)
Juice of 2 limes
3 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Red pepper
3 tsp. Parsley
¼ – ½ tsp. oregano

Simmer 20 minutes. Fill jars and water bath 30 minutes on rack or cloth.
Yield: 7 – 8 pints
